GA4 and GTM report for Next Phase Marketing.

This report is based on the live production site, deployed Netlify project data, public page-source checks, connected Google Drive search, and the GA4/GTM IDs provided by the owner. The current setup is now connected: GTM-5F7SPD35 and G-965T41EJFE are installed across the live pages. Performance numbers should be reported after GA4 has collected fresh post-install data.

GA4/GTM is now installed on the live site. Historical sessions, users, engagement, traffic-source, or conversion numbers before this install may be incomplete. The correct next report should use post-install data collected after May 19, 2026.

  • WhatsApp clicks are not being counted as conversions.
  • Landing page performance cannot be compared against the main site.
  • Retargeting audiences cannot be built from website behavior yet.
  • Future optimization decisions will need a fresh baseline after install.

What is needed for the next report to contain GA4 numbers.

Any one of these options is enough to move from audit report to full performance report.

Option B - Send exports

  • GA4 Traffic acquisition CSV for the report period.

  • GA4 Events CSV including click and conversion events.
  • GTM container export JSON from Admin > Export Container.
Recommended reporting window after install: wait 7 full days, then produce the first weekly report. After 30 days, produce the first monthly performance report with traffic source, engagement, landing page, and conversion quality analysis.
